Compare the planning experience, not the slogans.
- Your array inputs
- Look for panel wattage, tilt, and direction. A generic solar number cannot represent every setup.
- Enough days to plan
- Choose a forecast window that matches how far ahead you need to plan energy use.
- Learning from logged production
- If the app adjusts to your setup, check when that learning starts and how one unusual reading is handled.
- Visible uncertainty
- A planning range is more honest than one number presented as a guarantee.
- Price before purchase
- You should be able to see the subscription terms and any trial limits before you commit.
